Got this unit pulled back into the shop.
Started with the grille. I took the surround, made a template of the grille and cut a new one on the CNC plasma.
Made mounts for the radiator and the A/C condenser. Tried to use the stock manual fan and ran out of real-estate and ended up having to go with an electric fan.
Made mounting and adjustment brackets for the compressor and alternator.
Made side mounts to put the conglomeration on the frame.
Made the mount for the headlight breather.
Made a battery box that mounts on the lower part of the rear frame.
Brakes are all done and operational.
Wiring is about half done so, I'll finish it up this week.

That truck is beyond cool, OI. The radiator shell insert is terrific. The whole build is terrific. Nice to see a rat rod build again.

How much taper is on those front frame rails? It looks really nice.

I cut 4 inches out of the grille surround and then cut the grille out on my CNC plasma
It went home with the owner, the other day.
It'll be back after getting headers built for an initial start and break-in.
