Yes as I was taking the pic I did hear the owner saying something about the bare metal.

My dad got a 62 Biscayne brand new, 2 door post 6 cyl. For a guy with wife and 4 kids he did prefer the two doors.

There is a relatively decent running 60 Biscayne close to me for $8500. I'm not quite tempted enough to do anything about it. But if I was more in the market, it would work.

Haha, sounds pretty practical. I guess they seat the same number regardless.

Mine is a 4 door sedan, was a 6 cyl powerglide, now a 355 TH 350. I've owned it for 17 years and I'm the second registered owner.
