Does anyone have any experience with these things,
Should I use anti-vibration gloves ?

I agree, however some ear protection is a good idea, they are super loud

Me too. A decent hammer won't beat your hands, just the work!

Ear protection is right man! It's the loudest tool I use, especially on frame rivets.
