Hello, I've been building carts now for several years. I really enjoy building them and customizing them. I have built several and wanted to show the lastest one here since I just found this forum. It's gonna have a 76 volt Lithium battery box with Alltrax 650AMP controller and 5k AC motor. Should run around 50/55MPH and will be street legal here in SC.
This one is gonna be a little different than my others. I have a few idea's that will make it one of a kind for sure I think. So I will post progress as I go forward.

If anybody is willing to give me some pointer's on cutting in the doors of my new body I'd be very appricative.
The first one I didn't install doors and the wife refuses to ride in it. I promised her I'd cut her a opening on her side to get in and out. I don't plan on hanging the door back on it though. Do I need to renforce the body first?
I've let it sit now for a few months untouched. Been to cold or to wet. I did get the frame rails pretty much finished up, still working on the front shock stuff.
What I have so far. Frame is pretty well done. Still have bracing to weld in though and battery box tray. Have the EZGO cart electric rear end all done with Miata hydraulic disc brakes out back with a set of Miata wheels and cart hydraulic's disc brakes setup up front. Rear coil overs installed and working on the front setup is where I left it. More pictures as I get back on it. Plan is to have it so I can drive it with or without the body on it. It will be street legal here in SC just like a golfcart.
