Another reason I love this site!

While lurking on another rat rod site there seems to be a little drama (imagine) about how things are going especialy in the O/T section. Seems they get bent, delete posts and users for posting O/T stuff there. I love our BS section & am glad nearly all things are tolerated. Thanks Tripper for the great place to hang out. Hopefully this post won't get deleted!

maybe we could help start that trend!! A yugo with zoomies! or maybe a chevy citation, or a ford festiva, or a dodge colt--with 4 pipes right out the side(or front since the motors are mounted crossways)
as long as it gets rattle can primer/paint and red steel wheels it will be ok![cl

getting grief for running zoomies. Must be a bunch of old farts on that site. Now wait I'm one of them. Ahhhu must be a bunch of guys with wallet cars. Just open your wallet and you have it. you know these guys, they have a nice car but know nothing about it. they can't even till you were the battery located.

Nothing like the sound of a unrestricted motor. Hot rod are car that are built to go fast with little creature comforts.

Anyway this is a great site. since I found this site I spend little time on the others. Great bunch of guys here.

Wallet Cars! That's funny! [cl The only time I ever felt bad for loud pipes was on my 48 Pan head with drag pipes. I took off from a stop sign on the ramp to go over a really high bridge back home. As I took off, winding it out, I looked over at the car next to me and an older woman was holding her ears with her windows shut! The bike was loud! I felt a little bad, but fortunately it passed.........CR

I mean I know a lot of people who got banned from this site just because. I mean stuff like trying to help other people and then when it was not helpful then they were banned. So it happens on here a lot also.
