I have some ideas for some special touches when it comes to the wiring...... I'll get some photos for you guys as I go.

Everyone's a critic. I went to the hardware store and bought some washers that slip over copper pipe. I am going to notch and weld the washers to the inside of the frame. I will run all the wires and tubes through the pipe. While doing that, I found a great idea for the floor boards. Pictures in the next couple of days.

I knew I would get your attention.

I started by making a bunch of rings from 5/16 round stock, with a 5/8 ID


Then I placed them around a piece of copper tubing, and flared the ends of the tube.

I am welding the rings to the frame, and Running several of these all over the place to get electrical and plumbing where I need it.

Just heated up the bar, and wrapped it around some 5/8ths round bar. Then used a cut off wheel to slice them, right down the bar. Knock them off with a hammer, and bend them flat. Easy.

Pretty neat Idea!!! Don't bring it to Michigan though, someone will rob the pipe at a stop sign!!!

Well, I could not stop at the just the frame, I also did a copper wire loom on the engine too.
