do u know what these brakes are off of so that i can get bake parts and kingpins?

Can't see enough from your pictures.
But probably early Ford hydraulic.

It would help to pop a wheel off and take a pic of the drum from both sides.

The brakes look like F-1, and so do the hacked spindles from what I can see in the picture...

I'd say F1 as well, maybe if your lucky they could be Lincoln

Definitely not Lincoln. They would be 12".
