Broken frame cross member

When pulled the engine out of my 36 I discovered under the grease and road dirt that the front cross member under the engine has some damage. It looks like some of the metal is missing and I'm not sure it it gets a full plate with just a hole in it for the spring bolt or it has a opening to allow the U bolts to clamp on the springs.
Does anyone have a picture of what it should look like. Has anyone else had this problem?
