Some local guys built a full scale Pantzer tank, and after 8 years of nights and weekends, their hard work has paid off. I'll get you guys some pictures.

These guys built that thing from scratch with a scale plastic model to go by. It had a 4X6 frame with 1/4 plate on most of it. Detroit desiel. They really paid attention to every detail.

It was great to talk to the guy who built the tank. He said the only thing different you would see if he could park next to a real one, is the number and size of the boggie wheels. I asked him how far he would have to go to park next to one? He said Ft Knox has one, and that was the only one in the U.S. The better ones are in Europe.
I asked why build the German tank? He said, it was the best tank of it's time.

Probably right, I can't remember what he told me, but they robbed the tracks from something. The drive gear was made from two Ford tractor rims, reversed to each other and cut out.
