Thanks for sharing. I wonder why they didn't install the front carpet?

I watch that show "Graveyard Cars" and even though most of it is pretty annoying with the dumb drama and stuff they do, it is obvious that shop turns out a nice car. They do what we are seeing on this Impala, they don't over restore a car, they put it back exactly the way it left the factory, flaws and all. When you look at the Impala you see that the factory really didn't do a great job of being neat, they were just cranking out cars. The dealer had to correct a lot of their rushing and make the cars nicer.

I worked at a Chevy Olds Dealership for years....the stuff you'd see come off the haulers was amazing....straight six 2sp automatic camaro comes in with a 410 posi rear end...salesman told me it wouldn't shift out of first gear...actually shifted immediately upon moving...lol....GMC tailgate and interior pieces on a chevy pickup....that clip not attached??...how about no fuses in the fuse box....saw a ton of that stuff...

I worked at a GMC dealer right out of high scholl, circa 1971 and we saw lots of chevy tailgates and horn buttons on GMCs. My first new pickup was a 1974 Ford F250 4x4 and it came with F100 emblems.

Exactly.....quality was not a priority at the time.....

By the way, dug the 63...amazing they got it that cleaned up....looked great....always like the 62's and 63's.....thanks for posting that Bama...
