Hey does anyone have any info or own a corvair?
I'm interested in getting a corvair 95 rampside ofr a parts runner and was wondering what others thought about the vehicles. Any opinions or or infos would be appreciated.

I know a guy who's putting together a Greenbrier Van; those Rampsides are cool, too. I remember running across a place called "Corvair Underground" and "Clark's Corvairs"...... maybe you could turn to them for info.

Rampsides are cool but I have not seen one on the road in decades. I did look at a couple forlorn and overpriced old terds for sale. I think a good later model GM front drive V6 (like a super charger bonneville engine) drivetrain would be cool.

Im thinking more along the lines of a subaru eg33 twin turbo running bout 6 psi of boost and bout 320 hp. The subaru engine to keep it close to original with another flat 6
