Trying to decide if I should go with cross-steer vega box setup or traditional steering. My only experience is with traditional. Looking for the one that handles/feels the best.

Anyone have experience with both? Is there a noticeable difference?

by traditional you mean side exit with a drag link? cross steer will cut down on how much bump steer you will get if set up right. Although a properly setup traditional one wont have much as well but most people never get the pivot for the radius rod the same length as the drag link. just my $.02

The ONLY reason to use parallel to frame drag link is when there's not enough room for cross steering. Best you can do with parallel to frame link is a minimum bump steer. Cross link will not give any bump steer if properly installed with the drag link near parallel to the tie rod. IMHO..;)

Thanks. I decided to go cross-steer and got a vega box. After reading that, I may need to think about a front panhard as well....
