Very nice pics Ron, thanks! The car with the copper lines running along the tunnel and the straight 8 roadster are just too cool!

Thunder

The copper lines belong to the sedan below it. I had to wait to see how he turned that thing with the wheel base as long as it is....it only took a football field to make a U turn:D

I'm guessing he has quite the NOS system or hydraulics to lift it up to be drivable, by the looks of all of the plumbing work. I had to look at that shot a few times to figure out his shift knob. I don't believe I've seen somebody use a busted up piston on their shifter before. This is a great photo thread, thanks for taking the time to post all of them! [cl

What was I thinking?

I just found this.."thing".. sorta a barn find. Its was a 53 Plymouth coupe and a 49 Plymouth sedan..now its a ? Sectioned,channeled,chopped & No fenders.
Its so ugly, only a mother could love it..but I dont think there are too many of these so..wadya think?

Hot Wheels has an altered wheelbase Army Jeep with a BIG engine sticking out, was just released this year (yes, I have one;)).

Nefarious, don't knock the little car. I think that's pretty darn cool! A homebuilt "Sports Special" made from leftover junk cars which were all some young (OR OLDER) guy could find or afford...Probably around the Korean War era or a bit after. A little bit of hot rodding history right there. Remember, not everybody could afford a Deuce roadster...;) Throw a fresh coat of red paint on there and DRIVE that puppy!:D

Regards,
Shea:)

What is the powertrain - dodge flat six? Looks like they took the 2 front fenders and welded them together without the grill, sectioned the hood.

I like this one - great use of a crappy old mail jeep. Note the right-hand drive and mail jeep grill.
