taillights

not a big fan of how the taillights are done & the deck lid hacked up.

after taking so much time to and thought in the coupe the TL's look like an after thought or just thrown on to drive and then left that way.

cool car though.

It could be the builder wasn't going to be concerned with the absence of a decklid and then decided later to just stick a piece of sheet there to fill the hole.

IMO it lost a ton of character with its roof. I hope they did it because it was too tight inside as a coupe.

I really liked the first version, too. Maybe that cindercrete block broke and caused some brain trauma. I've heard you're never quite the same after you suffer a skull fracture. [S

Saw one the other day at marina here at the beach.
It had 3 big block chevys.
Sure would have liked to have one of those engines for my 1927 Woodie.[dr
