Ebay VW buggy coil over

So what do you guys think of these do you think they would work on a little light weight rod. i would like to use these on back of my Willys CJ2A jeep build.

I bought a set similar to the ones shown and am not impressed with them. Granted, I put them on the front of my ride to try to raise it up some but, maybe the 429 is just too much for what the coilovers were designed for. They would probably be OK for a real light application, like what the are made for. The one's I installed picked the front up maybe an inch over what it was. But, step on the bumper and it goes down and doesn't return. I suggest looking for shocks for your application or maybe an S-10 or similar vehicle. That's just my opinion. Good luck.

Not good for anything weighing more than the front end of a VW. Just too light weight.
