Yea that's it. It's very reminiscent of those train engines. I'd love to see it with some different wheels, and a larger diameter on the rear.

That little truck rocks!!! I agree with Gastrick, it's so ugly it's cool!!! Looks like Chip Foose had something to do with it though unfortunately. With the right rims and tires that thing would be so badass!!
