Fires subsiding

Good to see the weather cooling down and humidity going up. Fires have been ravaging us in Eastern WA.

Been breathing smoke for a coupla weeks now. I feel real bad for those affected.

The closest one to me is roughly 20 miles, but a change in wind direction and speed could change that in a instant.

Amazingly there has only been one life lost. A guy had a heart attack digging a ditch around his home.

My daughter took a Summer job over there, and is also close to the fires. Strange enough, she is working for the forestry service there.

Glad to hear your doing OK, for now. Those are great photo's I have not been watching the news on the fires, just trying to avoid them and send best wishes to people I know who are involved.

Thanks. What frosts me, is the fire close to me was allegedly set by three morons shooting tannerite exploding targets. Any 6th grader would have known its way too dry for that sort of thing.

I hope they get caught soon. Three people with a yellow Dodge pickup with a black racing stripe. When they get caught that will be a multimillion dollar bill they will be handed.

On another note I will be headed your way this week. Going to Puyallup Goodguys and also the LeMay museum.

I'll be flying out to Sturgis Saturday morning for two weeks.
I work the rally in Rapid City with Kuryakyn.
My buddy drives a truck for them and said the smoke is passing thru there.
