Frame rail as exhaust?

If this is built as an open exhaust I really don't think that heat would be that big of an issue on frame rails. They use bike frames as oil reseviors all the time. But, I do think that if you have room for exhaust manifolds then you would have room to run some sort of plumbing to the rear without going to that extreme. Not unless you just want top be different. And, that's what building is all about, doing something that's never been done before. Good luck with it. [P

Been thinkin and it hurts
You'd have a cracking problem where the header pipe connects to the exhaust pipe at the frame from no movement at frame.
The use of flex pipe or ? would be necessary n ugly
The heat can be solved by ceramic coating the exhaust pipes that go inside the frame then the issue of fastening the pipes inside frame or they will rattle
