Yep, the gears on the twist throttle turn the gear on the pulley which pulls the cable. Simple yet effective.

Gene’s Dwarf Chevy features roll up windows in the front and power in the rear. It has a fully functional dash with heater and defroster. Everything the real full sized 54 Chevy has, this car has and it’s all operational.
