Yep, stock Model T. Utterly useless!
Compare it to mine off a '27 roadster. I sold it to a restorer for a few bucks.

The model t axle is late teens to early 20's style. the wood hubs have 6 bolts , the same as the 6 lug chevies. just not very strong.
