Funny how things change!!! While looking for Gassers' car in the new Rebel Rodz magazine, I figured it was time to check on the magazines I had missed while moving. While looking through them... it hit me! My taste in cars & trucks has *really* changed. Yes... I have shiny cars but now painted cars don't have the allure they once did. I can only imagine what my other cars would look like if I had started building them just a few years later! Also let me say... Rebel Rodz is *my* kinda magazine. Really a ratty mag with lots of pictures, lots of cheesecake & kool articles. Readers rides too... get hoppin' guys! This is only their 2nd issue but I am really hoping they will stick close to the current format. Rat Rods Rule!!!

I haven't seen the mag yet in my area but you guys have me interested in hunting down an issue. I have not tried real hard so far because the name of the mag didn't thrill me too much (the rodz with a "z"). It sounded more like a rockabilly lifestyle mag than a car mag to me. I'll check it out though. I might have to subscribe to get it if I can't find it locally.

The photog for the California Screaming was a not only a photographer, but also a model. Very nice and approachable. Hopefully, they will keep the format the same as the popularity of drivable rods continue.

there is also in the new Rebal Rodz the 17 hour car in 3 photos, Austin might not have known the publicity he would get from that. Thanks to Gasser for letting us know about the mag, I went and got it and love it, time to get back to the 33 and stop working so much.

i have seen the first magazine over here but not any since. it was a cool mag i just wish i could get it on a regular basis because i find my project losing it's luster and i am creeping back into a very expensive project with this 93 mustang!
