January here in NW Colorado has been bleak. Finally today the sun came out. I can honestly only remember 2 days all month with sun. We're at around 305 inches of snow and they're saying we could hit 500". In the 30 years I've lived here I've only seen 6 winters over 400". Here's some pics.

we might get to see the big bright ball this weekend, i sure hope so you can't walk through my yard.

I forgot I posted this until today. Great comments from everyone!
Yes a lot of snow indeed. I don't mind the plowing so much as I mind hauling gas for the plow truck, it's got chains on it and no insurance. The cold is OK as long as you can play in it, I've been skiing my brains out this year, best year out of many for sure. Snopro we have room for ya in the basement but, I don't own a sled and LB I'd trade but I'm pretty sure you're not in AZ so I'll have to ask my wife. Bob W I've heard cold and grey is kinda typical for this time of year in MN, is that true? If so, I don't know how you do it. And last, my Son was born and raised here but now he too lives in Colorado Springs.
