This morning Pakistan is mad cuz we violated their territory with our military.
I believe they are correct, and to make it up maybe we, as a country could send them a nice fruit gift basket. Not the real expensive one with the flowers and all that, but a nice medium size one, with a small card that says "were sorry we invaded your country, " of course we might not have if he was not there.

If tommarow the Chinesse invaded the USA and forced their culture on us we would not stand for it either.

This whole mess could have be avoided if we would have treated the Bin Laden gang like criminals vs. a waring nation. We should have used CIA/SEAL or DELTA force and hunted them down.

I actually agree with a lot of what you say...........we somehow think everyone wants or deserves democracy. Strange as it seems to us, some people are happier with Kings, Dictators, Cleric Leaders, etc.

I don't care how long they have been having these internal battles over there, but when Bin Laden turned our planes on us he crossed some very serious lines. And you will never convince me the Pakistan officials didn't know that elaborate compound was housing him just a little way from them. They are right in there with him IMO.

Don - I think we agree on alot on this topic.

I have no doupt in my mind at all that the Packies knew where his was all a long. Why anyone would think a millionare terriost that needs to be on a Dialysis machine would be hinding in a cave in the Afganny mts. for 9 years? That's just silly.

I'm far from turning the other cheek on this. I do think however, we could have handled this in a wiser and more effective manner. I also don't feel a trillon $$$ safer that I did on September 10, 2001
