Grill Shell I.D.

I've been trying to ID the grill shell on the roadster for a while now.
I haven't had any luck so far... Any ideas

I believe it had a strip of metal running down the center of the opening.
The expanded metal insert is not original.
The little pods for the headlight conduit are in the stock location.
And the bottom has been trimmed.

does it have trim holes around the opening were chrome would have been attached (filled now) you should be able to see them from inside .... if so I`ll say 31 chrysler

take the trim off and the insert out of this one , notice how the headlights mount

Thanks, 24. There are no trim holes that I can see.
The shell opening tapers from the top of the grill opening to the bottom by 3/4 of an inch.
The side of the shell widens to the bottom by 1/2 inch.
