Halogen Headlights

If you upgrade to halogen headlights, do you need the heavy-duty headlight harness?

Not sure what the amp draw is on them but you could simply add a relay harness and use your existing switches and wires

Depends on what kind of headlight you are talking about. If it is just a standard halogen bulb then no you don't. I have ran lots of halogen bulb conversions in early headlight buckets with no problems at all.
