hello from the uk

just found this site so thought i best say hello to y'all and introduce my self.
my names mat im 30yrs old, from a small town called alton on the south coast of the uk, iv been in to rods/custom cars/bikes, dragracing etc for about 10 years. currently have no classic motors but have grown fond of the rat styleover the past 3yrs so im kinda trying to find a project at the mo but being in the uk the choice aint huge plus i need to finish my suzuki samurai project to raise funds. hopefully from finding this awesome site il get plenty of insperation and ideas, i look forward to chatting to ya.

Welcome to the site. By any chance do you have any pictures to post of the rat rod scene in your area? Also what is the going price for petrol in your part of the world?

thanks for the warm welcome folks.
il start with the petrol, it has been getting more and more exspensive over the last 2yrs, recently peaked at £1.10 (just over$2) a litre but has now gone back down to 90 pence( just under $2). the rat scence over here is pretty good just i dont get to as many meets as id like.
i dont have that many pics from shows as i get fed up of people walking in the shot whilst trying to get a good photo so iv quit taking any, i do have a few il hav to dig out. but for now
