Hello ! My name is Jason, came across this forum a few days ago and it looks like a great place to get info and get involved. So basically I've been into cars for ever, my first car was a 64 dodge dart convertible. I completely restored that when I was 16 with my grandfather and I've been hooked since. I can of got into the Vw scene for a few years, restored a bug and 2 busses. So a few months a go I sold my busses and bought a 53 gmc 5 window pickup. I got it from a mechanic in ojai, it's was sitting in the side of his shop for the past 10 years. But I've been working on it, and it's coming together. I have a 350, 350 turbo trans, nova front clip, and a jaguar rear end in it. Disc brakes, power steering. Here are a few pics
