I am building a "traditional" T-bucket as a surprise For my son who is in Iraq on his second deployment!

He has always wanted a hot rod so I have been finding parts here and there and a lot of good folks have helped me out with quite a few freebies which has help in the money department!

I have acquired the engine and transmission for the car and now I’m looking for used hi-pro parts to re-build It and soup it up! I’m looking for these parts that are listed below, if you or someone you know mite have these sitting around your garage and you would like to help me with this project please let me know! (Will pay shipping, I'm not begging, just asking!)

(Engine Ford 300 truck six w/ C6 transmission)

PARTS NEEDED:

* Street cam
* Rockers
* Lifters
* Alum. Valve cover
* Headers
* Offy or Clifford intake manifold
* Carb Linkage
* Electric fuel pump

If you have any of these items and want to
help me out then please contact me at:
[email protected] or [email protected]

Help!!!

Here's the project: It came without the
front axle, motor, trans, rear end, and steering
column, and fuel tank, just the body and frame! But it's a
start!

I also need a: MSD/Mallory/Accel distribtor
for a 300-6!

Cool....

Looks like a good start to a cool project. :cool:

The only help I can be is a new electric fuel pump.
Powercraft model 4001VP, 2 -4 pounds for carb systems.
If you can use it, it is yours..... '22

AFAIK Clifford makes the only aluminum valve cover. They are expensive and scarce. I do have a chrome one I would offer up.
I went here
http://www.gofastforless.com/
and did the duraspark dist/ efi coil/ GM module. It works really well.
Any cleanup on the head is time well spent on a 300. Just a port match and bowl cleanup will give a noticeable result.

For headers, get a set of duals off a 87 or newer F150/300I6. The fuel injected motors had 3and3 split headers, even on the single exhaust set-ups. Cheap and easy to find.

SCAMMER read at least the couple of pages. He has deleted his myspace account & everything else that had to do w/his "so-called project". I thought you folks should know....joe

This guy has gone to every single website that deals with hot rodding asking for the same stuff. He is a scammer and a known fake. He claims to be a former POW in the Viet Nam era. His current facebook page has been deleted by him so you can't see his BS. I ask all people involved with this great hobby to boycott him. His real name is Johnny Garner of San Antonio, TX. He dishonors all the men and women who have proudly served our country.
