This was at a show I went to today. Interesting way to mount a radiator, don't you think?

The aluminum rad looks vulnerable like that to me. I would like to see a metal
grate over it.

Hey, watch it, thats My wife:D Seriously, it is!

Get 'em [cl

So could anybody else see some fat guy come up and not paying attention and sit on that?

Not thinking that it gets much cooling like that either. Needs one of them big stick on hood scoops from Jegs to get some air flow!

I was thinking the same thing, needs a scoop to direct some air across the rad... I'd put them below...

That whole truck was kinda weird. Has small air bags out back, with a 12V compressor hidden it the aluminum cooler, with a 2 gallon or so air tank mounted just in front of the cooler. Front end is parallel leaf, frame is straight front to back of cab. Then the goofy radiator mounting. You'd have to unbolt it and stand it up to fill or even check the water! I think it might have been built on one of those one too many beers nights.:D

the rad. fill is the top of the thermo housing. there are a few t-buckets around that have the rad. laying down but are covered and have air scoops and have a electric fan mounted to them. i'll see if i can find a pic of one.
