Just cut and weld
Just grab some 2x4 1/8 inch . Start cutting and welding. Throw your body or cab on it and make it work... So what if your front end is a little long or short, now you can chose where you want your front wheels. Seuacide front clip is an option..... And if your rear wheels are to far forward then shorten the bed, that's what everyone else does anyways..... Kinda joking around but it is kinda true. What ever you do , it will work. Even if you have to re cut it and throw something away , it's fun and the end result is worth it.
