that's a killer build! if you put a couple of extensions on the front of the grille you would have a cattle catcher and give it a locomotive look! lol

I do have a question. What did your frame start life as?

good idea with a hitch

canvas top was a cool idea that worked great ,
untill the weather started bouncing around .
the heat makes it loose and the cold makes it tight .
so tight that it broke the snaps across the frount .
I tried to pull it back and found that I lost about 2 inches
so,,,what to do,,,? (sunroof)

I did get a chance to pull across some scales
and the car weighted in 2700 lbs (yea) wow

and I am on the hunt for some wheels and tires
when they show up I'll change them
( cause I want something different as well )

Not the ride i intended on

I caught a rut and got loose
then ended stuck in the side of a bank (and tree)
bent the grill and broke a little and bent a little
but we both came through it pretty good
everything should be back together tomorrow

well its out of the ditch and all parts are either straighten out or replaced
and some different wheels and new tires
maybe now I can keep it between the ditches and rubberside down

It seems that after a year or two the car runs great. But the top is givin out . so as it started to get colder i figured a new top was in order

maybe this one will last 2 more years

and this year The Rat got windows and a heater maybe next year i will do some wipers and a radio "or maybe the radio first"

I hope everybody had fun in the CHRISTmas snow ,I know I sure did.
I moved everything out of the shop to do some cleaning.
Then I heard the weatherman say the "S" word , I thought yea right . Well we got it.

2 Wrongs don't make a right, but 72 do! Just keeps getting better. I like the new spot light on the drivers side. And the "spare tire" spare tire. The front end is even starting to grow on me.
