How to reattach stapled window felt?

I'm working on putting windows, garnish, and maybe a headliner back in the 48 Olds. Some parts of the window moldings and headliner were attached with staples right through metal. Is there a simple tool for this? Any other way to go about it?

I use black 3M weatherstrip adhesive in the red tube. Works great and you can position it right where you need it, plus you don't have to drill holes to possibly leak.

I'd agree with the black 3m stuff...

Sticks like glue!....Sorry....it really works great....best for any weatherstrips that you want sealed and tight....

I have used the adhesive and it worked great. But I prefer 3m double sided tape that is generally used to put trim and badges on cars.

I wound up using small screws like what were used on the rear slider windows. So far so good.
