My worst welding accident was when a big piece of slag attached to my wedding ring & burnt a big hole in my finger! I'm pretty tolerant of pain but that hurt so bad I started crying... took forever to heal!

given I`ve had my share of burns, I hate getting burned and I consider it pretty stupid in most cases too... powerhammer forge weld burns are my worst... liquid white hot borax flying through the shop at high speed [ddd

My most stupid one would be a hot horse shoe leaving tongs and land on arm...fitting perfect
