I love a good auction

Spent the day people watching, and buying junk.

Listened in on a husband tell his wife, "that engine must have already sold... it has a buyers number "460" on the tag." This was before the auction started.

No tin, and was not sure enough about the engines up for auction. Kicking myself now over a 429. It went way too cheap. But I can't worry about it now.

Did buy, among other things, a narrowed dana 60 with a spool, and 5 bolt pattern...

And some Kenworth single headlights, with turn signals..

And a cool Mr. Gasket scoop with butterflies....[

Those KW lights are cool. I had a set once but sold them before I ever used them when I found out what they bring on ebay, same with a set of Freightliner dual headlights.
I have really slowed down on auctions, you can't get a bargain on much of anything around here.
