I drove my 1969 Chevy pickup around today and someone at work asked me what kind of stereo I had in it. Being how I do not have a stereo, I told them i did not have one and that I liked to hear the engine and all of the other sounds of my vehicle. They gave me one of those really funny looks and said "You are wierd." Really didn't bother me that much, avtually i thought it was funny. Anyways, I just thought I would share my story and see what you guys think.:D

I also frive a 69 pickup with no tunes. And my resonse is the same. I love the sound of the engine plus I have enough stuff rattling around inside my head to entertain me, don't need anything more. I want to hear what's going on around me.

A buddy stops by the shop yesterday and says his brakes are acting funny. I kneel down and look through the wheel and see a severly gouged rotor. I ask him if he drives with his radio on. He said "Yes, all the time".

He never heard the metal to metal.

No radios in my rides.:D
