Looks like it could have been a lot worse. You just added a little more character to your bug. Hope no one was hurt.
hehe. im was kinda in the same boat with the same car. except i rolled mine. needs teh fenders fixed and i just welded in a new apron. its cakework. that very week my back brakes locked up and i slammed in the back of this lady and moved my bumper back 2 inches. look at it as an oppurtunity to do something you didnt want todo before. thats what i did. before my car was as some would call 'unmolested'. not any more. so now i think im gonna do a rattlecan satin black paint job with some pinstriping. lemme know how it turns out and if i can figure out how to post pictures i might post some of mine in its current 'ununmolested' state. just dont do what i did and give up for six months.
