Typical of most boards, lots of people lurk but don't feel comfortable posting. Active members are people that have posted in the last few days... some preset in the vBulletin software.

I'm not here all that often, but then again I'm trying to get used to working the midnight shift .... it's all about losing sleep. Some days I don't even get on the computer. not even to check my e-mail.

BH, if you look at the members list it looks like a little more than half have never posted! What if there was a contest for first time posters?
Post #1. They would have to say more than HI!. Have to tell us about themselves and where they are from.

What about just for first timers to come forward and post for a chance to win the contest. (bribe). They are lurking anyway and would see the contest thread. It could be fun to see how many we could motivate (bait)
to make that first post
