That is one beautiful building... I'd live there! Mrs Tripper & I converted an old washeteria into our home when we lived in Houston!

No, that was when our real estate company was in high gear & I had little if any spare time. Mrs Tripper designed it all & one of our builders built it out. The biggest problem was dealing & fighting with the city & permitting was a complete nightmare. It won several awards & was on that TV show "You Live In What" on HGTV!

One of my fav homes & the ones in the background were pretty expensive... haha!
