Lakota. That trike is made by a German company named Rewaco. They also make VW powered trikes. If you cant find anything let me know. I'll hook you up with a link. They make different models with different options.

cycledog reminded me of this with the low rider bicycle he posted. This is my sons (silverstreak on RRR) low rider. It was a bicycle but we converted it to a trike.
