A Smirnoff sponsored racing pair. Both owned and operated by SR-71 test pilot (and many other things) Darryl Greenamyer. I guess the normal driver of the car was Larry Dixon.

The plane is Conquest 1, a Grumman Bearcat. He used it to break a speed record that had stood for 30 years.
