Yesterday I was out with my son for a driving lesson prior to his final test Tuesday we saw this old Ford Popular (what we call them here)

Funny how life chuck things at a person, this lil car was identical to my 1st car even down to color and I was learning to drive then ,,.. that was nearly 35 yrs ago and in another town far away,,

I remember selling that little ford to a guy who put a smallblock in it to go drag racing ,, held a few national records in its time too.. sighs

yep.. theyre quite common down here too, anything from the old Nissan/Datsun 1200cc to 454's wedged in them , chopped dropped gasser'd rake'd ..
