don't let the federal man see them bottles without the caps. lol

went into the strip pit one day and got got for not having the caps on the bottles (had the regulators on them) and a discharged fire extinguisher, let me slide on the bottles as we were not notified of the law change but nailed me on the extinguisher that i had just used to put out a grass fire we started by the drill we were working on.
