That top photo brings back a memory or two...
First time I ever saw them run at Detroit dragway...I was maybe 15...at the time.. they looked to be kids themselves.

I've always loved those Comets. I think it's a combination of the little Falcon roof and the long trunk, lots of trim, plus the last remnants of those 50's fins - like a Falcon that went to college. 'Course the fat meats tucked under there are icing on the cake....[cl

as for the Ice, we'll have to go to the city park to skate...I'll bring the beer..as for the tubs.....well...i just picked up a posi unit for the thing so might be a good idea....it's a driver not a show car....not sure we'd fit any MT 18's under her though....
