latest bonehead metal project

Yes, the biggest issue has been how to connect it all, but I have it figured out.

Here is one almost finished. (Made from 16 gauge flat sheet steel) Life size.

Cut long triangles with the plasma, then shaped each one on the anvil.

I just went through every page on this thread. I am in shock. This stuff is amazing. I'm not really a skull kind of guy, but your skulls turned me into a skull kind of guy.

Mind if I ask how you do them? Do you start with a ball of steele then just weld on top of weld till you get the look you are going for?

Alot of them are just metal shaped into the shape I want, and welded on.
