Nice find. Personally, I would probably restore it for the reason stated in the first post. 'You don't see many of these.'

A very nice and rare find you have there.
If you actually take the time to clean it up and make it mechanically safe, then wash and wax the original paint, you can take it over to the big auction in Vegas and probably make more then $100K on the find.
If you could find new old material for the interior, it would be a great plus in the value of the ride. But only if you keep it as close to original as possible.
