Still not legal to run on a registered car. Especially if you need to have it inspected. Safety glass will be the only thing that you can run on a car that is registered for actual road use.

I understand about all the debates. But when he checks your glass. it will be over with. Just not worth the hassle here where we live.

if i can find a title when it comes to be that time it will never have to be
inspected... if i cant - then that will be when i go to the glassman

turns out in texas - doesnt matter what i have up there as long as you can see through it just fine and the tints not darker than 25% ? - actually the guy said - you dont even have to have a windshield to pass inspection -- i asked him where they put the sticker - he said in your pocket i guess lol

haha thanks - yes you can drill it -- just traded/sold the truck today though -- time for something else...
