I was wondering if anyone has used a lift block on their front leaf spring and whether or not it is safe? Also how tall of a block is too tall (where it becomes unsafe)?

Have you made your own or does someone sell them for a 1 3/4" wide spring?

I don't know how your spring is made, does it have a small button on the top right in the center or is it clasped on the ends of the first top spring ? We had one that was clasped on the ends of the top spring and wanted to add a 1/2" spacer, so we just added a little nub on the top spring with the mig and put a slight indentation in the bottom of the plate to match, we also drilled through the perch into the plate and located the plate to the perch with two 5/16" drift pins.

Thanks Lightning. My spring has the button in the center. I already used a 1/4" spacer I got from speedway but it's not enough. I guess I could make my own.

Has anyone ever used an angled block to help set their caster?... I only need about 2-3 degrees.

We have made several spring spacers from billet aluminum. We have made then as thick as 2". They have the hole for the spring center bolt and a pin to relocate the block in the perch.

RPM,
Can you make me one and how much? I need to get back out there and double check my measurements but I wouldn't need anything more than 2".
