Looking for an antique wheel Help!

OK, so it is not a rat rod question or part. I am about to restore a late 1800's dog/sheep treadmill. I know it is an odd piece and finding a wheel is going to be tough but I though it is worth a shot. I am guessing the inventor of this treadmill did not have a custom wheel made so there may be other pieces of equipment that had the same wheel. If anyone has a wheel like this hanging around or have seen one I am on the hunt. Thanks everyone!

Those appear to be old treadle type sewing machine flywheels to me. Somebody somewhere on the net will have one.
