Seems like we are young or old. Not much in between.

It wouldn't take much to kick my butt. My 30 something PT just did it for 45 minutes today.

Thanks for the posts. In most cases its nice to put a face to a name.

I don't know about the butt-kicking contest , but maybe not bad for a 71 year old guy that had "last rites" read over me in 2015.

I stay busy to keep going! My demise will happen when I breathe my last breath while working on whatever project I have going on. I truly hope that's how I'll be found....face down in whatever I was doing...
