Not sure where in Ohio you are, but I am originally from near a small town called Shelby. In Shelby is a store called Glenn's Surplus AKA The Shelby Mall. They have anything from mower parts to wall paper and MREs. He generally has some in there in the tire section. Also next door to them owned by the same guy is a place that sells military surplus stuff, trucks, generators, compressors, ambulances, everything you might need to start your own freedom fighter group or other sort of militia..... I would give them a call, bet they will have what you are looking for. Neat store to stop in and check out as well. I stop in every time I go back to mom and pops house.
If you are in to things that go bang right down the road is a HUGE gun shop, Sportsmens Den, only place for a while that I have been able to go in to at any time and pick up any box of ammo I want at a decent price. I know people that go down there from all over the state just for that store.

There's a company in Unionville,IN, just east of Bloomington C & C Equipment maybe a bit far away but they have what your looking for......check them on the web
